Return and Size Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns. The only available option is a size exchange, which can be processed only after the previous product has been returned.

If the desired size is not available, a store credit equal to the purchase amount will be issued, which can be used for a future order once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Important Note: Shipping costs for size exchanges or product returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by following these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@virtumaison.it with the subject "Defective/Damaged Product."
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue and attach clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will respond within 3 business days to offer a solution (e.g., replacement or store credit for a future purchase).
